Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the relationship between HAD TECH CONSULTING, Sole proprietorship / registered business, RCCM RB/ABC/21 A 28693, Cotonou registry, dated 23/03/2021, tax ID 0201810196084, registered office at Godomey, Abomey-Calavi, Atlantique, Benin, and its clients: both subscriptions to the catalogue products and development, support and consulting engagements.

Each product additionally has its own terms of use and terms of sale, accepted when the account is created. Where they conflict, the product’s own terms prevail for matters concerning that product.

2. Software subscriptions

• Free 14-day trial, no bank card required.
• Commitment tiers: monthly, 6 months (−5%) and 12 months (−10%).
• The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order. Payment is taken in CFA francs (XOF) through the payment provider FedaPay (bank card or mobile money); amounts in euros are indicative.
• Full access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, for the duration of the tier chosen.
• No automatic renewal by direct debit: no charge is taken without a further action from you. You may stop using the service at any time, and access is maintained until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Promotional and affiliate codes

A promotional or affiliate code may grant a discount. Each code may be used only once per client and cannot be combined with another, unless stated otherwise. An expired or already-used code is declined at payment.

4. Custom development, support and consulting

Every engagement is covered by a quotation setting out the scope, timeline, price and payment terms. The signed quotation forms the contract. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit is payable on order.

The agreed scope may change at your request: changes are then covered by a costed amendment before any work is carried out.

5. Ownership of deliverables and data

For custom development, the code produced specifically for you is transferred to you upon payment in full. The generic components and internal tools of HAD TECH CONSULTING remain its property, together with a licence allowing you to operate the deliverable without restriction.

Your data belongs to you at all times. You may request an export at any moment, in a usable format.

6. Availability and maintenance

We use reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service and regular data backups, without any obligation as to results. Scheduled interruptions are announced in advance. We accept no liability for unavailability caused by networks, electricity supply or third-party services.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

As this is a digital service performed immediately, and given the free trial beforehand, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the service is activated. Any refund request (double billing, prolonged major unavailability) may be sent to support@hadtechconsulting.com and is considered case by case.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Benin and the OHADA Uniform Acts. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Cotonou (Benin) have sole jurisdiction.
